Alessi La Cupola 3-Cup Espresso Coffee Maker 1988

This vintage "La Cupola" espresso coffee maker was designed by Italian architect and designer Aldo Rossi for Alessi in 1988.
Inspired by the traditional Italian dome (cupola), Rossi described the design as “micro-architecture”—turning an architectural form into an everyday coffee maker.
With its distinctive rounded aluminium body and domed top, La Cupola is now considered an iconic example of 1980s Italian postmodern design.
Made in Italy.

Material: Cast aluminium

Condition: Good vintage condition with some surface marks and traces of wear consistent with age and previous use. The rubber gasket has been replaced, and the coffee maker is ready to use. Please refer to the photos for details.
