Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Each piece is individually inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom): We offer standard and tracked shipping across the UK. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide, including to the United States, France, Spain, and beyond. International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. Your local customs authority determines these charges and are the buyer's responsibility. Les Délices de Printemps has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable fees. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed, in which case we cannot issue a refund for the original order.

Tracking: All orders are sent with a tracking number, which will be shared with you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address], and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.



RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment: At Les Délices de Printemps, every piece is carefully selected, accurately described, and securely packaged. As a specialist in antique and vintage collectibles, we take great care to ensure each item reaches you in the condition described.

Damaged or Misrepresented Items: If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require clear photographs of:

  • The item itself
  • The damage
  • The original packaging
  • The shipping label

Once reviewed, a refund will be issued if the evidence confirms the item was damaged in transit or materially misrepresented. Please note that minor wear, patina, or age-related imperfections inherent to vintage pieces are not valid grounds for a refund.

Vintage Item Condition: Each piece is photographed and described as accurately as possible. As antique and vintage collectibles, items may naturally display:

  • Patina and oxidation
  • Light surface scratches
  • Marks from age or previous use
  • Manufacturing irregularities of the period

These characteristics are part of the item's history and charm, and cannot be used as grounds for return or refund.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses: If delivery fails due to any of the following, the buyer is responsible for all resulting carrier fees, including return shipping costs:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Receiver unavailability
  • Customs refusal
  • Unpaid import taxes or duties

Cancellations & Amendments: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipping has been booked. If you wish to amend your order before it ships, please contact us immediately, and we will cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct details.
