Shipping Policy

I ship all orders within the United Kingdom. For international delivery inquiries, please contact me before placing your order.

Shipping Costs:
All shipments are calculated based on volumetric weight—determined by the size of the parcel rather than its actual weight. Shipping costs may remain the same for one or several items, depending on the total package dimensions.

Processing & Delivery Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 1–3 working days for standard shipping. For some locations or during peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Packaging & Condition:
Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. As all my items are vintage, minor signs of age, wear, or patina are natural and part of each object’s character. I am not responsible for these natural variations.

Tracking & Duties:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.


Returns & Exchanges

UK Orders:
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The damage
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once I review the case, I will issue a refund if the evidence confirms the item was damaged during transit or materially different from its description. Minor wear, patina, or age-related imperfections typical of vintage items are not valid reasons for a refund.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses:
If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Receiver unavailability
  • Customs refusal
  • Unpaid taxes or duties

…the buyer is responsible for all resulting carrier fees, including return shipping.

Vintage Item Condition:
Each item is photographed and described as accurately as possible. Vintage pieces may show:

  • Patina
  • Light scratches
  • Marks from age or use
  • Manufacturing irregularities

These are part of the item’s character and cannot be used as grounds for return.

Cancellations & Amendments:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipping has been booked. If you want to amend your order before it ships, I can cancel it so you can place a new order.
